本试验旨在研究不同脂肪粉、脂肪酶水平对母猪妊娠期及哺乳期营养物质表观消化率的影响。试验选择妊娠80 d的经产健康新美系长白、大白原种母猪各36头,随机分为9组,每组4头长白、4头大白。采用3×3双因子设计,脂肪粉设0%、1%、2%三个水平,脂肪酶设0%、0.02%、0.03%三个水平。试验从母猪妊娠80 d 开始至断乳后结束,其中预饲期5 d。结果表明:(1)2%脂肪粉组的哺乳期总能(GE)消化率显著高于0%脂肪粉组(P<0.05)。(2)不同脂肪酶水平对妊娠期总能、粗脂肪(EE)及哺乳期粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪消化率影响显著(P<0.05);对哺乳期总能消化率影响极显著(P<0.01),0.03%脂肪酶组均显著高于0%脂肪酶组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(3)2%脂肪粉+0.03%脂肪酶组妊娠期和哺乳期总能消化率均最高。由此可见,2%脂肪粉与0.03%脂肪酶同时添加对母猪妊娠期及哺乳期营养物质表观消化率的影响效果最为理想。

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of fat powder,lipase levels on digestibility of nutrients performance of sows.Landrace sows (36 heads) and Yorkshire (36 heads) 80 days of gestation and good physical condi-tion,selected with and randomly divided into 9 groups,each group had 4 heads of Landrace and Yorkshire sows.The test using 3(lipase)×3(fat powder)factorial design,the lipase set up 3 levels,which were 0%,0.02%,0.03%,the fat powder al-so set up 3 levels,which were 0%,1%,2%.The experiment was started at 79th gestation and ended at ablactation.The pre-trial period was 5 days.The results showed that:(1)The digestible energy of the lactation period of 2% fat powder adding graup were evidently higher than that of 0%group (P<0.05).(2)The lipase levels extremely significantly affected the digestible energy of the lactation period(P<0.01) ,and significantly affected the digestible ether extract and energy of the gestation period(P<0.05),so did the crude protein and ether extract of the lactation period,and 0.03%lipase adding group was significautly higher than 0% adding group. (3) The digestible energy of 2% fat powder + 3% lipase group in gestation and lactation period was the highest in all treatment groups.The results indicated that combined use of 2% fat powder and 0.03%lipase had the best effect.
