为研究酵母细胞壁多糖(YP)对肉仔鸡的生长性能和免疫力的影响,试验将200只体重相近的1日龄AA肉仔鸡随机分成5组,每组设5个重复,每个重复8只鸡。 A组为对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮;B、C、D、E组为试验组分别在基础日粮中添加500、1000、1500、2000 mg/kg的YP。试验期42 d。结果表明:(1)日粮中添加YP对肉仔鸡前21 d的平均日增重、平均日采食量和料肉比均无显著影响(P>0.05);但在22~42日龄及整个试验期内,与对照组相比,日粮中添加1000、1500、2000 mg/kg水平的YP均显著提高了日增重,并显著降低了料肉比(P<0.05)。(2)随YP添加量的增加,各免疫器官指数均呈增大的趋势,其中,D、E组21日龄脾脏指数、胸腺指数、法氏囊指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组42日龄脾脏指数和法氏囊指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,C、D、E组新城疫抗体滴度、血清溶菌酶含量和T淋巴细胞比例均显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,在肉仔鸡日粮中添加一定水平酵母细胞壁多糖能明显提高肉鸡的生长性能,增强机体免疫力,综合考虑,最适宜的添加水平为2000 mg/kg。

위연구효모세포벽다당(YP)대육자계적생장성능화면역력적영향,시험장200지체중상근적1일령AA육자계수궤분성5조,매조설5개중복,매개중복8지계。 A조위대조조,사위옥미-두박형기출일량;B、C、D、E조위시험조분별재기출일량중첨가500、1000、1500、2000 mg/kg적YP。시험기42 d。결과표명:(1)일량중첨가YP대육자계전21 d적평균일증중、평균일채식량화료육비균무현저영향(P>0.05);단재22~42일령급정개시험기내,여대조조상비,일량중첨가1000、1500、2000 mg/kg수평적YP균현저제고료일증중,병현저강저료료육비(P<0.05)。(2)수YP첨가량적증가,각면역기관지수균정증대적추세,기중,D、E조21일령비장지수、흉선지수、법씨낭지수균현저고우대조조(P<0.05),각시험조42일령비장지수화법씨낭지수균현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。(3)여대조조상비,C、D、E조신성역항체적도、혈청용균매함량화T림파세포비례균현저제고(P<0.05)。유차가견,재육자계일량중첨가일정수평효모세포벽다당능명현제고육계적생장성능,증강궤체면역력,종합고필,최괄의적첨가수평위2000 mg/kg。
This experiment was conducted to explore the effects of yeast polysaccharide (YP) on growth performance and immune indices of broilers.A total of 200 1-day-old AA broiler chickens were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 5 replicates of 8 each.group A (control group)was fed corn soybean meal dites,group B、C、D、E were fed basal diet supple-mented with 500,1000,1500,2000 mg/kg YP.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the average daily gain,average daily feed intake and ratio meat to feed of group C,D,E showed no significant difference (P > 0.05) before the 21 th day of the experiment.the average daily gains,and the ratio of diet to meat significantly improved in 21 ~ 42 day and the whole experimental stage (P < 0.05). (2)With YP adding level in-creasing.The immune organs index increased.Spleen,thymus and bursa of fabricius indexes of group D and group E were significantly higher than those of control groupat 21-day age (P < 0.05).Bursa of fabricius indexes and spleen indexes of all experiment groups were significantly higher than those of control group at 42-day age(P<0.05).(3)The titre of new-castle disease,the content of serum lysozyme and the percentage of T lymphocytes significantly increased,compared with the control group (P<0.05).The results indicated that adding YP in the diet could enhance growth performance,improve immunity of broilers,the feasible adding level was 2000 mg/kg in diets.
