国产双钢轮振动压路机噪声超标,严重影响了驾驶员舒适性及周围环境。为有效解决双钢轮振动压路机的噪声问题,通过优选低转速发动机、优化风扇参数和进风通道结构来降低噪声源辐射能量,并对驾驶室进行声学封堵等措施来减弱噪声的传播,使得整机噪声接近国标限值,但发动机与液压泵的安装舱仍存在较大的泄露噪声。针对此问题,采取将发动机进、排气管口、散热器排热口设置在发动机舱的上部位置,并通过对发动机和液压泵安装舱等部位进行声学封装等措施进一步削弱噪声的传播;与此同时,采用智能调速风扇增强散热,合理设置液压系统工作参数减少系统发热,通过起步时行走与振动液压系统的瞬时功率峰值的错位降低发动机的最大功率需求。整机噪声综合防治的试验结果是,在保证整机热平衡条件下,驾驶员左右耳旁噪声优于国标约10 dB( A),整机左右7.5 m处优于国标限值0.8~3.5 dB( A)。
國產雙鋼輪振動壓路機譟聲超標,嚴重影響瞭駕駛員舒適性及週圍環境。為有效解決雙鋼輪振動壓路機的譟聲問題,通過優選低轉速髮動機、優化風扇參數和進風通道結構來降低譟聲源輻射能量,併對駕駛室進行聲學封堵等措施來減弱譟聲的傳播,使得整機譟聲接近國標限值,但髮動機與液壓泵的安裝艙仍存在較大的洩露譟聲。針對此問題,採取將髮動機進、排氣管口、散熱器排熱口設置在髮動機艙的上部位置,併通過對髮動機和液壓泵安裝艙等部位進行聲學封裝等措施進一步削弱譟聲的傳播;與此同時,採用智能調速風扇增彊散熱,閤理設置液壓繫統工作參數減少繫統髮熱,通過起步時行走與振動液壓繫統的瞬時功率峰值的錯位降低髮動機的最大功率需求。整機譟聲綜閤防治的試驗結果是,在保證整機熱平衡條件下,駕駛員左右耳徬譟聲優于國標約10 dB( A),整機左右7.5 m處優于國標限值0.8~3.5 dB( A)。

Driver comfort and surrounding environment are seriously affected by the noise problem of domestically made tandem vibratory roller .In order to solve this noise problem effectively , some measures including optimal low-speed high-performance engine , optimizing parameters of fan and its air inlet duct to reduce the noise source , and cab acoustic package is adopted to weaken the noise transmission .These noise-control measures reduce the whole roller noise to some degree , but the engine and hydraulic installation position is still a high noise leakage zone .To solve this problem , the direction of air inlet and exhaust port of engine , heat sink is set at the top of engine cabin . Furthermore , the cabin of engine and pump is acoustically packaged and sound absorption /insulating materials are stalled on inner wall of the cabin; seals are pasted around cabin edge in order to weaken noise transmission .Additionally , other methods , such as enhancing the performance of cool-ing system by taking intelligent speed regulation fan , reasonable setting hydraulic system parame-ters, are taken to reduce the heat generated by walking and vibration hydraulic systems , and by staggering instant power peak of walking and vibration hydraulic system .The noise experiment shows that after taking these comprehensive noise improvement measures and keeping the machine thermal equilibrium , the driver's left/right ear's noise is better than the requirement of nation standard about 10 dB( A) , left/right 7.5 m of the whole machine is lower than the requirement of nation standard 0.8~3.5 dB( A) .
