针对传统内燃叉车油耗大、效率低、排放污染严重、电动叉车电池续航能力差、能量回收效率低等问题，提出了一种油-电混合式叉车混合动力驱动和能量回收系统结构，以实现叉车系统节能的目的。为分析该系统的节油性能以及能量回收效率，以某型3吨叉车为研究对象，对发动机、电机、超级电容进行参数设计，在AMEsim中建立仿真模型，并对仿真模型进行试验验证，验证结果表明仿真模型误差在10％之内，系统方案具有20.8％的节能效果，超级电容可有效回收叉车货叉下降时的势能和制动动能。并通过进一步分析电机回收力矩对回收效率的影响，为系统的控制策略优化提供依据。

Because of the low efficiency and serious emissions of traditional internal combustion fork-lift and the poor battery life and low energy recovery efficiency of electric forklift , an oil-electric hy-brid system of forklift was designed to save the forklift system energy .To analysis the performance of fuel-efficient and energy recovery efficiency of hybrid power system , the engine parameters , motor parameters and ultra capacitor parameter were selected for a 3.0 ton forklift, and a simulation model was created by using the software AMEsim .The simulation model was tested and the results show that the error of the simulation model is within 10%and the hybrid forklift can save 20.8%energy;Ultra capacitor can recycle potential energy and braking energy effectively .Furthermore , the paper analyzes the influence of recovery torque on recovery efficiency , which provides the basis for the sys-tem control strategy optimization .
