针对传统内燃叉车油耗大、效率低、排放污染严重、电动叉车电池续航能力差、能量回收效率低等问题,提出了一种油-电混合式叉车混合动力驱动和能量回收系统结构,以实现叉车系统节能的目的。为分析该系统的节油性能以及能量回收效率,以某型3吨叉车为研究对象,对发动机、电机、超级电容进行参数设计,在AMEsim中建立仿真模型,并对仿真模型进行试验验证,验证结果表明仿真模型误差在10%之内,系统方案具有20.8%的节能效果,超级电容可有效回收叉车货叉下降时的势能和制动动能。并通过进一步分析电机回收力矩对回收效率的影响,为系统的控制策略优化提供依据。
針對傳統內燃扠車油耗大、效率低、排放汙染嚴重、電動扠車電池續航能力差、能量迴收效率低等問題,提齣瞭一種油-電混閤式扠車混閤動力驅動和能量迴收繫統結構,以實現扠車繫統節能的目的。為分析該繫統的節油性能以及能量迴收效率,以某型3噸扠車為研究對象,對髮動機、電機、超級電容進行參數設計,在AMEsim中建立倣真模型,併對倣真模型進行試驗驗證,驗證結果錶明倣真模型誤差在10%之內,繫統方案具有20.8%的節能效果,超級電容可有效迴收扠車貨扠下降時的勢能和製動動能。併通過進一步分析電機迴收力矩對迴收效率的影響,為繫統的控製策略優化提供依據。

Because of the low efficiency and serious emissions of traditional internal combustion fork-lift and the poor battery life and low energy recovery efficiency of electric forklift , an oil-electric hy-brid system of forklift was designed to save the forklift system energy .To analysis the performance of fuel-efficient and energy recovery efficiency of hybrid power system , the engine parameters , motor parameters and ultra capacitor parameter were selected for a 3.0 ton forklift, and a simulation model was created by using the software AMEsim .The simulation model was tested and the results show that the error of the simulation model is within 10%and the hybrid forklift can save 20.8%energy;Ultra capacitor can recycle potential energy and braking energy effectively .Furthermore , the paper analyzes the influence of recovery torque on recovery efficiency , which provides the basis for the sys-tem control strategy optimization .
