为了了解摆杆约束往复活塞式无油润滑空气压缩机的工作性能,为新机型的设计、物理样机实验和优化提供依据,缩短研发周期,应用虚拟样机技术建立了摆杆约束往复活塞式无油润滑空气压缩机的运动仿真模型,以理论分析为基础,仿真分析了压缩机的运动特性以及主要工作部件的受力情况。仿真结果表明,与传统摇摆往复活塞式压缩机相比,摆杆约束往复活塞式压缩机的活塞和密封环对气缸的换向敲击强度较弱,气缸侧压力较小,说明采用摆杆机构对活塞的往复行为进行约束能有效减少机械噪声和延长密封环的使用寿命。对新机型进行了物理样机试验,试验结果表明,摆杆约束压缩机的空载噪声比传统摇摆压缩机的空载噪声低约2 dB( A)、整机工作噪声则低约1 dB( A),密封环寿命比传统摇摆压缩机的寿命大约提高10%,仿真结果与试验结果吻合。
為瞭瞭解襬桿約束往複活塞式無油潤滑空氣壓縮機的工作性能,為新機型的設計、物理樣機實驗和優化提供依據,縮短研髮週期,應用虛擬樣機技術建立瞭襬桿約束往複活塞式無油潤滑空氣壓縮機的運動倣真模型,以理論分析為基礎,倣真分析瞭壓縮機的運動特性以及主要工作部件的受力情況。倣真結果錶明,與傳統搖襬往複活塞式壓縮機相比,襬桿約束往複活塞式壓縮機的活塞和密封環對氣缸的換嚮敲擊彊度較弱,氣缸側壓力較小,說明採用襬桿機構對活塞的往複行為進行約束能有效減少機械譟聲和延長密封環的使用壽命。對新機型進行瞭物理樣機試驗,試驗結果錶明,襬桿約束壓縮機的空載譟聲比傳統搖襬壓縮機的空載譟聲低約2 dB( A)、整機工作譟聲則低約1 dB( A),密封環壽命比傳統搖襬壓縮機的壽命大約提高10%,倣真結果與試驗結果吻閤。

In order to understand the performance of swinging-rod constraint reciprocating piston-type compressor , and to provide strategy for design , physical prototype test and optimization , and to shorten the development cycle , a swinging-rod constraint reciprocating piston-type oil-free lubrica-ting air compressor is modeled by virtual prototype technology .Based on theoretical analysis , the motion characteristic , forces of connection constraints were studied and analyzed by simulation .The simulation results show that the degree of the piston and seal ring reverse striking to the cylinder is weaker and side-pressure of cylinder is lower compared to that of the conventional wobbling recipro-cating piston-type compressors .The motion simulation conclusion shows that the swinging-rod con-straint reciprocating piston-type oil-free air compressor can effectively reduce the working noise and prolong service life of seal ring by the swing-rod mechanism restraining the piston reciprocating .An experiment with a new type of physical prototype was done .The result shows that comparing to the conventional type, the new type is 2 dB(A) lower in the empty noise, about 1 dB(A) lower in working noise , and the service life of seal ring is increased by 10%.The simulation results is identi-cal with the test results .
