为了探究井下移动式液压破碎机工作机构破坏的原因,为改进结构、改善工作性能和延长使用寿命提供依据,在ProE/和Adams协同仿真坏境下确定了某型移动式破碎机工作机构的4种典型工况,根据冲击机械系统波动力学理论,导出该破碎机破碎岩石时冲击载荷的计算模型。使用ANSYS有限元分析软件对工作机构进行疲劳寿命分析。结果表明,在最大破碎深度时,小臂与小臂油缸铰接位置的疲劳强度最低,疲劳寿命为1.032×107次循环,损伤累计值为0.969;安全系数仅1.03,不满足结构设计要求,需对结构进行改进。
為瞭探究井下移動式液壓破碎機工作機構破壞的原因,為改進結構、改善工作性能和延長使用壽命提供依據,在ProE/和Adams協同倣真壞境下確定瞭某型移動式破碎機工作機構的4種典型工況,根據遲擊機械繫統波動力學理論,導齣該破碎機破碎巖石時遲擊載荷的計算模型。使用ANSYS有限元分析軟件對工作機構進行疲勞壽命分析。結果錶明,在最大破碎深度時,小臂與小臂油缸鉸接位置的疲勞彊度最低,疲勞壽命為1.032×107次循環,損傷纍計值為0.969;安全繫數僅1.03,不滿足結構設計要求,需對結構進行改進。

In order to explore destructive causes of a underground mobile hydraulic crusher working mechanism to offer the foundations of improving the structure and the working performance and pro -long the service life , four typical conditions for a certain type of mobile hydraulic crusher working mechanism are defined under the environment of co-simulation of Pro/E and ADAMS.Impact load calculation model for broken rock by the mobile crusher is deduced by applying wave mechanics the -ory of impact mechanical system .Fatigue life analysis of the mechanism under these conditions was done by using ANSYS finite element analysis software .The calculated results show that the lowest fatigue life of small arm and small arm cylinder hinge is 1.032 ×10 7 cycles when the mechanism works in the state of the maximum crushing depth and total damage is 0.969 .Since the safety factor of 1.03 does not meet the requirement of structure design , the structure needs to be improved .
