结合笔者近年来在高性能风机现代设计方法及风机新产品研制中的体会,阐述了数值模拟在风机这一应用领域的特殊地位,同时就如何得到正确可靠的数值模拟结果介绍了在建模、网格生成、后处理等方面的一些重要技巧,希望对有这方面应用需要的有关技术人员有所帮助和参考。

In this paper, the special status of numerical simulation in fan application is demonstrated based on the authors’ experiences on the modern design method of high performance fans and new product development. Also some important techniques about how to obtain reliable numerical simulation results are presented in modeling, grid generation and post processing. It is expected that this paper will offer helpful information and reference for those who are engaged in the numerical simulation of fans.
