本文采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(IC P -M S )分析测定苏州古运河野生鲫鱼的肌肉、鳃、眼、肠以及相应河水中Pb、Cd、Cu、Cr、As 、Zn、Ni等重金属含量。该方法的相对标准偏差RSD﹤9%,加标回收率为95.66%~108.32%,检出限在0.0013~0.0049μg/g 之间。测定结果表明:鱼体内重金属分布与水体重金属间相关性不明显,鱼类不同组织器官对重金属积累能力显著不同,Cd、Pb、Cr和Ni主要存在于眼、肠中,鱼肉食用部分中重金属含量符合相关食品安全标准。

Microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrum (ICP-MS) method was used for analysis of heavy metals (Pb ,Cd ,Cu ,Cr ,As ,Zn ,Ni) content in the major organs of muscles ,gills , eyes ,intestine of the freshwater fish-crucian and the corresponding water in the Suzhou ancient canal. Re-sults showed that the RSD<9 % ,adds the signs returns-radio was between 95.66 %-108.32 % ,pick out limits was between 0.0013-0.0049 μg/g. Our results indicated that the correlation of the heavy metals ’ distribution in the fish with the corresponding river was not obvious ,the various organs of the fish had sig-nificantly different capacity for heavy metal accumulation ,the heavy metal elements of Cd ,Pb ,Cr and Ni were mainly distributed in the eyes ,intestines. And the heavy metal content of the edible muscle part of the fish was complied with the relevant food quality safety standards.
