为了筛选适宜我国黄河以北地区夏季栽培的香菇品种,采用品种比较的方法,将菌株诱变18、YN36、 YN38和武香1号4个香菇菌株,从菌株发菌速度以及子实体的颜色、大小和产量方面,与当地主栽香菇品种香菇18( CK)进行了比较研究。结果表明:香菇菌株诱变18污染率较低(3.5%),现蕾时间最早(5月23日),且菌丝日生长量较高(1.02 cm);子实体综合性状最好,其菌盖直径最大(5.00 cm),子实体颜色为灰白色,适合市场要求;且鲜菇产量较高,较CK增产17.8%。诱变18是适宜北方地区夏季栽培的优良香菇品种。
為瞭篩選適宜我國黃河以北地區夏季栽培的香菇品種,採用品種比較的方法,將菌株誘變18、YN36、 YN38和武香1號4箇香菇菌株,從菌株髮菌速度以及子實體的顏色、大小和產量方麵,與噹地主栽香菇品種香菇18( CK)進行瞭比較研究。結果錶明:香菇菌株誘變18汙染率較低(3.5%),現蕾時間最早(5月23日),且菌絲日生長量較高(1.02 cm);子實體綜閤性狀最好,其菌蓋直徑最大(5.00 cm),子實體顏色為灰白色,適閤市場要求;且鮮菇產量較高,較CK增產17.8%。誘變18是適宜北方地區夏季栽培的優良香菇品種。
위료사선괄의아국황하이북지구하계재배적향고품충,채용품충비교적방법,장균주유변18、YN36、 YN38화무향1호4개향고균주,종균주발균속도이급자실체적안색、대소화산량방면,여당지주재향고품충향고18( CK)진행료비교연구。결과표명:향고균주유변18오염솔교저(3.5%),현뢰시간최조(5월23일),차균사일생장량교고(1.02 cm);자실체종합성상최호,기균개직경최대(5.00 cm),자실체안색위회백색,괄합시장요구;차선고산량교고,교CK증산17.8%。유변18시괄의북방지구하계재배적우량향고품충。
In order to select the suitable Lentinus edodes varieties for north of the Yellow River of China in summer, the strains of Youbian 18, YN36, YN38 and Wuxiang No.1 were compared with the local variety Xiang-gu 18 (CK) from the aspects of spawn running speed and the color, size, production of fruiting body by method of variety comparison.The results showed that the strain Youbian 18 had the lower contamination rate ( 3.5%) , earliest bud time (May 23rd), higher daily growth of mycelial (1.02 cm), best comprehensive properties of fruiting body, largest pileus diameter (5.00 cm), gray white fruitbodies, higher fresh mushroom yield and which was increased than CK by 17.8%. Therefore, Youbian 18 was a excellent variety suitable for cultivated in summer of northern China.
