传统的含重金属废水大多采用碱药剂中和工艺进行处理,该方法普遍存在处理成本较高,有价资源难以回收等问题。介绍了膜技术在处理矿山含铜酸性废水中的工业化应用情况,针对紫金山某金铜矿含铜酸性矿山废水,采用“初沉池混凝沉降-纤维束过滤-超滤-反渗透-产水回用-浓水回收铜”工艺进行处理。针对原有工艺存在的预处理不达标、膜通量低和膜污染较严重等问题,对操作流程和预处理流程进行优化。结果表明,优化后系统运行稳定,膜组件更换周期大大延长,运行成本进一步降低。

The wastewater containing heavy metals mostly was treated through alkali chemicals processing traditionally, which generally has the problem of higher processing costs and recovery the valuable resources hardly.In this article,we introduced the membrane separation process applied in the Zijinshan gold-copper mine with the treatment of copper-bearing acid mine drainage.The process of initial coagulation sedimentation-fibre filtration-filtration -ultrafilitration-reverse osmosis-recovery (water and copper) was adopted.For the non-compliance of pretreatment,the low flux and the membrane fouling in the original process,the operational processes and the pretreatment processes were optimized.The operating results show that the technique is suitable for the large-scale application in mine and conducive to the development of the circular economy of mine.
