针对大型不锈钢筒件内环面的车削加工条件要求,设计了相匹配的硬质合金可转位车刀结构;基于有限元仿真分析平台,对刀具三维总体结构进行了稳态变形和应力分析,为评价刀具静态强度提供理论依据;通过对刀具进行动力学模态分析,获得刀具装配体的固有频率和模态振型,为评价刀具体的动态特性,尤其是共振特征,提供了依据;通过静动态分析,理论评估刀具设计的合理性。
針對大型不鏽鋼筒件內環麵的車削加工條件要求,設計瞭相匹配的硬質閤金可轉位車刀結構;基于有限元倣真分析平檯,對刀具三維總體結構進行瞭穩態變形和應力分析,為評價刀具靜態彊度提供理論依據;通過對刀具進行動力學模態分析,穫得刀具裝配體的固有頻率和模態振型,為評價刀具體的動態特性,尤其是共振特徵,提供瞭依據;通過靜動態分析,理論評估刀具設計的閤理性。

According to the turning conditions require of inner circumferential surface of the large stainless steel cylindrical part, turning tool with Indexable carbid inserts was designed to match the machining part. Based on the analysis platform of finite element simulation,the three-dimensional overall structure of the tool was analyzed in steady deformation and stress,which provided theoretical basis for the static strength evaluation of the tool. Through the dynamic modal analysis of the tool,natural frequencies and modal shapes of the tool assembly were obtained,which provided basis to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of the tool body and particularly resonance feature. The theoretical design of tool was reasonable by static and dynamic analysis.
