以洪泽湖中6种代表性生物为研究对象,采用超声波法提取样品中硝基苯类化合物,用凝胶色谱净化、浓缩,气相色谱/质谱联用法测定。该法与索氏提取法在同等试验条件下进行加标回收试验,前者回收率高且稳定,简便可行。方法检出限为0.008μg/g~0.030μg/g,平均加标回收率为76.5%~109%,重复测定3次的RSD为1.5%~13.0%。
以洪澤湖中6種代錶性生物為研究對象,採用超聲波法提取樣品中硝基苯類化閤物,用凝膠色譜淨化、濃縮,氣相色譜/質譜聯用法測定。該法與索氏提取法在同等試驗條件下進行加標迴收試驗,前者迴收率高且穩定,簡便可行。方法檢齣限為0.008μg/g~0.030μg/g,平均加標迴收率為76.5%~109%,重複測定3次的RSD為1.5%~13.0%。

Six representative biological samples from Hongze Lake were selected as researching objects .Ni-trobenzene compounds in biological samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction .Gel chromatography was ap-plied to cleanup and concentration and quantification was done by GC /MS.Compared with the recoveries of the ultrasonic method and soxhlet extraction method under the same experimental conditions , the former method showed better recoveries and more stable .The detection limits were 0.008 μg/g ~0.030 μg/g.The average spike recovery were from 76 .5%to 109%, and the RSDs of three times repeated measurements were from 1 .5%to 13 .0%.
