Plocamium telfairiae Harv%antimicrobials%Pseudomnas aeruginosa%Trichoderma viede
以假单胞菌 Pseudomnas aeruginosa 、绿色木霉 Trichoderma viede 为供试食用菌病原菌,评价海头红提取物的抑菌活性,并采用生物活性追踪法对其中抑菌有效成分进行初步分离。结果表明,海头红乙醇提取物经萃取分离得到的石油醚萃取相、氯仿萃取相、乙酸乙酯萃取相中,氯仿萃取相和乙酸乙酯萃取相对假单胞菌具有较好的抑制作用,100 mg ? mL -1浓度下抑菌圈直径分别为14.3 mm 和8 mm ;石油醚和氯仿萃取相对绿色木霉的菌丝生长的抑制作用较好,72 h 抑制率分别达54.57%和36.55%。对乙酸乙酯组分通过2次硅胶柱层析分离,得到一个具有抑菌活性的组分 D ,其对假单胞菌的抑菌圈为13 mm (100 mg ? mL -1),对绿色木霉的菌丝生长72h 抑制率为48.53%(50 mg ? mL -1)。对组分 D 进行 GC-MS 分析,初步判定其中抑菌有效成分为4-羟基苯甲醛,有关其抑菌有效成分的纯化与鉴定有待进一步研究。

The antimicrobial actives of Plocamium telf airiae Harv were fractioned from its crude extract with different solvents and were tested to against Pseudomnas aeruginosa and T richoderma viede .The result indicated that the chloroform and ethyl acetate fractions exhibited antibacterial activities and their antibacterial degrees were stronger than it of fractions obtained with other solvents .The inhibition zone were 14.3 mm and 8 mm diameter at the fraction concentration 100 mg ? mL - 1 , respectively . The chloroform and petroleum ether fractions showed antifungal activities to against the mycelium growth of Trichoderma viede and the inhibition rate was 54.57% and 36.55% after 72 h incubation ,respectively .The antifungal activity of two fractions was stronger than it of fractions obtained with other solvents .The ethyl acetate fraction of Plocamium tel f airiae Harv extract was again fractioned twice through silicone gel column to obtain compounds D . This compounds were identified and showed the antimicrobial properties to against Pseudomnas aeruginosa (13 mm diameter with 100 mg ? mL - 1 ) and to inhibit Trichoderma viede mycelium grow th (48.53% ,with 50 mg ? mL - 1 ) respectively . The result of GC-MS assay showed that the antimicrobial compounds D determined preliminarily could be as 4-hydroxy-benzaldehyde . However ,the further purification for antimicrobial compounds D is required to identify their active compound .
