以河北香菊为试验材料,研究了其花蕾中活性成分绿原酸、总黄酮和挥发油的积累规律。结果表明:随着花蕾发育阶段的推进,香菊顶蕾和侧蕾中的有效成分含量变化趋势一致,大多数时期顶蕾的各有效成分含量高于侧蕾,其中,花蕾中的绿原酸含量不断增加,至70%管状花开放期达到最高值,之后降低;顶蕾中的总黄酮含量在显色期达到最高值,侧蕾中的总黄酮含量则在70%管状花开放期保持了较高水平;香菊顶蕾和侧蕾中的挥发油含量均呈“M”型变化趋势,在舌状花露瓣期和70%管状花开放期挥发油含量较高。本研究认为,70%管状花开放期是采收香菊的最佳时期。

The accumulation of active components (chlorogenic acid, total flavonoids and volatile oil) in buds of Hebeixiangju were studied.The results showed that the changing trends of contents of effective components in top bud and lateral bud were accordant with the advance of bud development stage , the contents of effective components in top bud were higher than that of lateral bud at the most time.The content of chlorogenic acid in flowers increased with the growth, which reached the highest at 70% tubular flowers bloom stage and then decreased.The content of total flavonoid in top bud reached the highest at safflower stage , and at 70% tubular flowers bloom stage that of latteral bud was higher.The changing of volatile oil in top bud and latteral bud presented‘M’ curve, and they were higher at ligulate flower petal stage and 70% tubular flowers bloom stage.It suggested that the best harvest stage of Hebeixiangju was 70% tubular flowers bloom stage.
