目的：观察骨宁丸对兔骨关节炎模型的软骨光镜和扫描电镜下组织形态学的影响。方法成年新西兰兔35只，随机分为正常组、模型组、中药组、硫酸氨基葡萄糖组4组，以膝关节腔注射木瓜蛋白酶法建立膝骨关节炎模型。用药8周后，处死动物，取材观察形态学改变。结果模型组光镜和扫描电镜下均出现软骨退行性改变。光镜下观察，中药组和硫酸氨基葡萄糖组均有软骨损伤，但较模型组为轻，Mankin组织学积分分别为8．6±1．1和8．2±0．8，两组差异无显著性。扫描电镜下观察，中药组和硫酸氨基葡萄糖组均出现软骨表面的裂隙、小孔甚至浅溃疡，但表现较模型组为轻。结论骨宁丸对兔骨关节炎模型软骨退行性改变有治疗作用。
목적：관찰골저환대토골관절염모형적연골광경화소묘전경하조직형태학적영향。방법성년신서란토35지，수궤분위정상조、모형조、중약조、류산안기포도당조4조，이슬관절강주사목과단백매법건립슬골관절염모형。용약8주후，처사동물，취재관찰형태학개변。결과모형조광경화소묘전경하균출현연골퇴행성개변。광경하관찰，중약조화류산안기포도당조균유연골손상，단교모형조위경，Mankin조직학적분분별위8．6±1．1화8．2±0．8，량조차이무현저성。소묘전경하관찰，중약조화류산안기포도당조균출현연골표면적렬극、소공심지천궤양，단표현교모형조위경。결론골저환대토골관절염모형연골퇴행성개변유치료작용。
Objective To observe the effect of Bonening pill on histomorphometry of cartilage in a rabbit model of osteoarthritis with an optical microscope or/and an electron microscope .Methods Thirty-five adult New Zeal-and rabbits,were randomly divided into control group ,model group,traditional Chinese medicine group and glucosamine sulfate group .Osteoarthritis models wre established by intra-articular injection of papain .After 8 weeks of treatment ,rab-bits were executed ,and the morphological changes were observed .Results There were cartilage degeneration appeared in model group both in optical microscope and in scanning electron microscope .The optical microscope showed cartilage injury both in traditional Chinese medicine group and in glucosamine sulfate group ,the same as to model group .Mankin histological score was 8.6 ±1.1 and 8.2 ±0.8 respectively.There was no significant diversity between the two groups . The scanning electron microscope showed cracks ,holes and even shallow ulcer in the cartilage surface in Traditional Chi-nese medicine group and glucosamine sulfate groups , but they performed better than the model group .Conclusion Bonening pill has a therapeutic effect on degeneration of cartilage in rabbit osteoarthritis .models.
