建立了阳离子交换高效液相色谱法测定纸巾纸和卫生纸中的丙烯酰胺单体残留量的检测方法,方法的检出限为1mg/kg,回收率为90.4%-104.2%,相对标准偏差为2.3%,线性相关系数为0.9998,该方法简单、易操作、灵敏度高,是测定纸巾纸和卫生纸中丙烯酰胺的有效测定方法。
建立瞭暘離子交換高效液相色譜法測定紙巾紙和衛生紙中的丙烯酰胺單體殘留量的檢測方法,方法的檢齣限為1mg/kg,迴收率為90.4%-104.2%,相對標準偏差為2.3%,線性相關繫數為0.9998,該方法簡單、易操作、靈敏度高,是測定紙巾紙和衛生紙中丙烯酰胺的有效測定方法。

The method of residual Acrylamide in Tissue paper and toilet paper was established by cation-exchange HPLC. The limit of detection was 1 mg/kg. The recovery of the method was between 90.4%-104.2%. The RSD was 2.3%. The linear correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0.9998. The method is precise, simple and easy to operate, which shows higher sensitivity for determination of Acrylamide in tissue paper and toilet paper.
