保证每一节课都有良好的教学效果是每个教师不断追求的目标。将企业标准化生产模式引入课堂教学,实施合目的、合规律且可复制的标准化课程教学,不仅可促进每个教师的教学行为更规范,更科学,而且有利于教师间的交流合作,加速青年教师成长。标准化是一个动态过程,须在持续的教学实践中不断完善优化;标准化并不排斥教师的个性化发展。

Ensuring a good teaching effect of each class is the constant goal that every teacher has been pursuing. By bringing standard production mode of enterprise into class-teaching, we can conduct a standard teaching mode which is in accordance with the objective and teaching regularity. It can not only make the teaching behav-ior of each teacher more disciplined and scientific, but also contribute to the exchanges and cooperation among teachers and accelerate growth of young teachers. Standardization is a dynamic process, which must be constantly optimized in teaching practice, and it does not exclude the personal development of teachers.
