校园文化建设与思想政治教育息息相关，构建两者间的互利模式，既利于充分利用文化建设的有效资源，又利于构建健康科学的思想政治教育模式。当前，高职院校文化建设与大学生思想政治教育呈现出相互依赖、一体化发展的格局，在着力加强大学生思想政治教育的前提下，应注重提升校园文化建设的渗透力及感召力。同时，充分利用政府、社会和企业的有力支撑，发挥它们在校园文化建设与思想政治教育之间的纽带作用，为两者间健康、高效、有序互动模式的形成创造积极条件。
