目的探讨2型糖尿病与高血压的联系。方法对67例合并高血压的糖尿病患者和35例血压正常的糖尿病患者的一般情况和血生化指标检测，并对结果进行对比、分析。结果两组病例空腹血糖无明显差异，但餐后2h血糖、空腹胰岛素、餐后2h胰岛素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯指标的差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论两型糖尿病与高血压存在某种联系，治疗时要充分考虑，同步治疗效果可能更佳。
목적탐토2형당뇨병여고혈압적련계。방법대67례합병고혈압적당뇨병환자화35례혈압정상적당뇨병환자적일반정황화혈생화지표검측，병대결과진행대비、분석。결과량조병례공복혈당무명현차이，단찬후2h혈당、공복이도소、찬후2h이도소、총담고순、감유삼지지표적차이구유통계학의의(P﹤0.05)。결론량형당뇨병여고혈압존재모충련계，치료시요충분고필，동보치료효과가능경가。
objective to explore the type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. Methods 67 cases of hypertension diabetes and 35 cases of diabetic patients with normal blood pressure and blood biochemical indicator detection, and the results are compared and analyzed. Results no dif erence between the two groups of cases fasting plasma glucose, postprandial blood glucose 2 h, fasting insulin, 2 h postprandial insulin, total cholesterol, triglyceride index difference has statistical significance (P﹤0.05). Conclusion there is a link between type 2 diabetes and hypertension, treatment, should be fully considered when synchronous treatment effect may be better.
