目的探讨旋肩法在肩难产处理中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的74例肩难产产妇随机分为旋肩法处理组（观察组）和压前臂法处理组（对照组），每组各37例，观察两组产妇的母婴结局。结果观察组产妇的臂丛神经损伤、软产道损伤、产后出血以及新生儿窒息、锁骨骨折的发生率均低于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用旋肩法处理肩难产临床效果好，能够显著降低母婴并发症，保证母婴安全。

Objective To study the application ef ect of rotary shoulder method in the shoulder dystocia. Methods 74 cases of shoulder dystocia in our hospital were randomly divided into rotary shoulder method treatment group (observation group) and forearm treatment group (control group), 37 cases in each group, observed the maternal and neonatal outcomes in two groups. Results The incidence rate of parturient brachial plexus injury, soft birth canal injury, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia, clavicle fractures in observation group were lower than that in control group, there was significant dif erence between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Taking rotating shoulder in shoulder dystocia has good clinical ef ect, can significantly reduce the complications of mothers and infants, ensure the safety of mother and infant.
