在室内条件下,用微量点滴法和试管药膜法测定了辣根素对水稻褐飞虱3龄若虫的杀虫活性,在处理后72 h的LC50值分别为35.83、43.9 mg/mL。同时在网室条件下用喷雾法测定了20%辣根素乳油对水稻褐飞虱3龄若虫的控制效果,用500 g/L的20%辣根素乳油喷雾试虫72 h后,校正死亡率达到了100%。因此,辣根素可以作为一种植物性杀虫剂用来防治水稻褐飞虱。

In the laboratory , the insecticidal activities of allyl isothiocyanate ( AITC) against the third-instar nymphs of rice brown planthopper ( Nilaparvata lugens) were tested through micro -topical application and test -tube residual film bioassay , and it was found that its LC50 value at 72 h after treatment was 35.83 and 43.90 mg/mL respectively.Under the condition of net house , the control effect of 20% AITC emulsifiable concentrate ( EC) on the third-instar nymphs of rice brown planthopper was deter-mined by using spray method , the result indicated that:at 72 h after spraying 500 g/L 20% ATTC EC, the corrected mortality of the tested insect reached 100%.Therefore , AITC could be potentially used as a botanical insecticide for the control of rice brown planthopper .
