目的:观察雷公藤多甙对老年大鼠肾小球肾炎的疗效及炎症指标的影响。方法:将老年清洁级Wistar大鼠(18月龄)随机分为雷公藤组、对照组、模型组,在雷公藤组及模型组大鼠上建立系膜增生性肾小球肾炎模型,雷公藤组采用雷公藤干预。结果:实验12周后,模型组及雷公藤组大鼠24 h尿蛋白均显著高于实验前及对照组水平( P<0.05);雷公藤组24 h尿蛋白显著小于模型组(P<0.05)。实验12周后,模型组及雷公藤组TG、TC均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时ALB显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。雷公藤组大鼠TG及TC显著低于模型组(P<0.05),但ALB显著高于模型组(P<0.05)。实验12周后,雷公藤组大鼠肾脏病理分级为0~1级的比例显著高于模型组(χ2=6.667,P=0.010)。实验12周后,与对照组及雷公藤组相比较,模型组肾小球系膜TNF-α及IL-6表达量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤多甙可以抑制老年肾小球肾炎大鼠肾小球系膜内炎症因子的表达,改善组织学表现及临床症状。
目的:觀察雷公籐多甙對老年大鼠腎小毬腎炎的療效及炎癥指標的影響。方法:將老年清潔級Wistar大鼠(18月齡)隨機分為雷公籐組、對照組、模型組,在雷公籐組及模型組大鼠上建立繫膜增生性腎小毬腎炎模型,雷公籐組採用雷公籐榦預。結果:實驗12週後,模型組及雷公籐組大鼠24 h尿蛋白均顯著高于實驗前及對照組水平( P<0.05);雷公籐組24 h尿蛋白顯著小于模型組(P<0.05)。實驗12週後,模型組及雷公籐組TG、TC均顯著高于對照組(P<0.05),同時ALB顯著低于對照組(P<0.05)。雷公籐組大鼠TG及TC顯著低于模型組(P<0.05),但ALB顯著高于模型組(P<0.05)。實驗12週後,雷公籐組大鼠腎髒病理分級為0~1級的比例顯著高于模型組(χ2=6.667,P=0.010)。實驗12週後,與對照組及雷公籐組相比較,模型組腎小毬繫膜TNF-α及IL-6錶達量顯著升高(P<0.05)。結論:雷公籐多甙可以抑製老年腎小毬腎炎大鼠腎小毬繫膜內炎癥因子的錶達,改善組織學錶現及臨床癥狀。
목적:관찰뢰공등다대대노년대서신소구신염적료효급염증지표적영향。방법:장노년청길급Wistar대서(18월령)수궤분위뢰공등조、대조조、모형조,재뢰공등조급모형조대서상건립계막증생성신소구신염모형,뢰공등조채용뢰공등간예。결과:실험12주후,모형조급뢰공등조대서24 h뇨단백균현저고우실험전급대조조수평( P<0.05);뢰공등조24 h뇨단백현저소우모형조(P<0.05)。실험12주후,모형조급뢰공등조TG、TC균현저고우대조조(P<0.05),동시ALB현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。뢰공등조대서TG급TC현저저우모형조(P<0.05),단ALB현저고우모형조(P<0.05)。실험12주후,뢰공등조대서신장병리분급위0~1급적비례현저고우모형조(χ2=6.667,P=0.010)。실험12주후,여대조조급뢰공등조상비교,모형조신소구계막TNF-α급IL-6표체량현저승고(P<0.05)。결론:뢰공등다대가이억제노년신소구신염대서신소구계막내염증인자적표체,개선조직학표현급림상증상。
Objective:To analyse the curative effect and immune indices of tripterygium glycosides on glomerulonephritis rats . Methods:Aged Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups , Group A:glomerulonephritis model rats received tripterygium glyco-sides treatment;Group B:healthy Wistar rats received no treatment; Group C: glomerulonephritis model rats received no treatment . Results:12 weeks after experiment , Group A and Group C had higher levels of 24-hour urine protein than Group B and these of pre-experiment(P<0.05).Group A had a lower level of 24-hour urine protein than Group C(P<0.05).Group A and Group C had high-er levels of TG, TC than Group B, with lower levels of ALB than Group B (P<0.05).Group A had lower levels of TG, TC than Group C, but a higher level of ALB than Group C (P<0.05).Group A had a higher rate of 0-1 grades in pathology grade than group C(χ2 =6.667,P=0.010).Group C had higher levels of TNF-αand IL-6 than Group B and Group A (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tripterygium glycosides can reduce the urine protein excretion of rats that with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis , rectify dyslip-idosis, raise plasma-albumin, decrease the protein expression of TNF-αand IL-6 in glomerulus.
