高炉炉渣的化学成分直接影响了高炉炉渣的冶金性能,根据某钢厂现场生产情况,以现场炉渣为基体,探究了(CaO+MgO)/(SiO2+Al2O3)对炉渣粘度、炉渣熔化性温度和脱硫能力的影响。研究结果表明:炉渣的(CaO+MgO)/(SiO2+Al2O3)控制在1.02左右,炉渣的粘度,熔化性温度和脱硫能力较好。
高爐爐渣的化學成分直接影響瞭高爐爐渣的冶金性能,根據某鋼廠現場生產情況,以現場爐渣為基體,探究瞭(CaO+MgO)/(SiO2+Al2O3)對爐渣粘度、爐渣鎔化性溫度和脫硫能力的影響。研究結果錶明:爐渣的(CaO+MgO)/(SiO2+Al2O3)控製在1.02左右,爐渣的粘度,鎔化性溫度和脫硫能力較好。

It is well known that the metallurgical property of the BF slag is determined by the slag composition;Therefore, extensive research on the influence of (CaO+MgO)/(SiO2+Al2O3) on the blast furnace of the vis-cosity, melting temperature and desulphurizing ability, based on the furnace slag. Based on comprehensive consideration of the blast furnace’s viscosity, melting temperature and deslfurizing ability, the (CaO+MgO)/(SiO2+Al2O3) in the slag should be 1.02.
