采用最小面积法,总体计数法和样方计数法等方法,对新乡市和郑州市不同地点7种不同绿化植被类型和对照地的生物多样性进行了1年调查研究,初步探讨了城市绿化植被生物多样性以及不同种类生物多样性的相关性。数据分析表明:植物不同种类多样性之间相关性不明显,只有草本植物和植物总的多样性有明显的相关性;动物不同种类多样性之间相关性较强,不同种类动物多样性均对动物总多样性有明显正相关;乔木层决定着鸟类的多样性,尽管他们之间没有明显的正或负相关性。人为对城市绿化地植物种类的选择,已使城市绿地不同植物种类多样性的相关性几乎完全破坏;城市绿化中应选择乔木树种,尽可能避免大面积单纯草地绿化。

Using minimum area,overall counting,quadrat counting and so on,biological diversity of seven different types of green vegetation and control in different sites of Zhengzhou City and Xinxiang City were examined and studied for one year. Biological diversities of green vegetation and their relevance were explored and discussed preliminarily.The results showed that ,the relevance among the different kinds of plants was weak ,but the one between herbaceous plants and all plant were remarkable.The correlation among the different groups of animals was stronger ,and all the diversities of different groups of animal significantly influenced the diversity of total animals.Although the relevance between diversities of trees and birds was unconspicuous,tree layer determined the diversity of birds. Artificial selection of botanical species of urban green vegetation had resulted in the almost disaggregation of all correlations between different biological species in urban green vegetation. During the urban virescence ,arboreal species should be utilized,and a large proportion of meadow vegetation should be decrease as much as possible.
