以裸花紫珠组培生根苗为材料,研究了不同移栽基质对裸花紫珠组培苗移栽成活率及生长状况的影响。结果表明:河沙∶园土∶椰糠∶珍珠岩=2∶1∶1∶1是裸花紫珠组培苗最适宜的移栽基质,其成活率高,生长状况最佳。

Effects of different substrates on the survival rate and growth status of the Callicarpa nudiflora tube plantlets were studied taking tube rooting plantlets of Callicarpa nudiflora as material. The results indicated that the ratio of river sand ,garden soil,coir dust,perlite,was 2∶1∶1∶1 and this ratio was the optimum substrate for transplanting of tube plantlets of Callicarpa nudiflora,and the plantlets transplanted to the substrate gained the highest survival rate and the best growth status.
