根据GeneBank数据库中已知水稻抗病基因Lrr19类似物序列,设计引物,比较普通野生稻、粳稻和籼稻的基因序列,初步分析了3种水稻Lrr19类似物的序列差异,与小麦抗病基因Lrr19编码序列的同源性。结果发现在水稻不同品系间发生部分位点碱基的变化,相似性为97%~98%;水稻中该类似物编码的蛋白质与小麦的LRR19有较高的同源性(54%~55%),籼稻、粳稻和普通野生稻编码蛋白都在相同的位置存在NB-ARC和LRR结构域,并且与小麦LRR19蛋白相似。推测水稻Lrr19基因类似物是抗性相关基因,并且在水稻不同品种间序列差异不大,相对较为保守。

The primers were designed based on Lrr19,a known resistance gene analog of rice in GeneBank and used to amplify the sequence in commom wild rice,japonica and indica rice. After sequencing,the sequences of 3 kinds of rices were analyzed preliminary and compared with the homology of Lrr19 resistance gene coding sequence in triticum aestivum. The results showed that there were some different sites among wild rice and cultivated rice,the nucleotide similarity were 97%~98%. The comparability of the amino acid sequences of rice and triticum aestivum were between 54%and 55%respectively. NB-ARC and LRR domains were predicted in the same position of japonica,indica rice and commom wild rice,which was similar with LRR19 protain in triticum aestivum. It was inferred that Lrr19 was related to resistance,had a little difference among sequences in different rice varieties and was important for its conservation.
