目的：探讨2型糖尿病高危人群中空腹血糖（FPG）与糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）的相关性。方法：分别用氧化酶法和高效液相色谱法检测140例2型糖尿病高危人群的FPG和HbA1c；再分4个水平组对FBG和HbA1c进行相关分析。以30例正常体检者作对照组。结果：2型糖尿病高危人群的 HbA1c明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）；各组FPG和HbA1c的相关系数r分别为：0．340（P＞0．05），0．311（P＞0．05），0．351（P＜0．01），0．515（P＜0．01）。结论：在2型糖尿病高危人群中，当其FBG ＜7．0mmol/L时，FPG和 HbA1c没有直线相关性；当 FPG≥7．0mmol/L时则存在直线相关性，但是相关程度不高。
목적：탐토2형당뇨병고위인군중공복혈당（FPG）여당화혈홍단백（HbA1c）적상관성。방법：분별용양화매법화고효액상색보법검측140례2형당뇨병고위인군적FPG화HbA1c；재분4개수평조대FBG화HbA1c진행상관분석。이30례정상체검자작대조조。결과：2형당뇨병고위인군적 HbA1c명현고우대조조（P＜0．01）；각조FPG화HbA1c적상관계수r분별위：0．340（P＞0．05），0．311（P＞0．05），0．351（P＜0．01），0．515（P＜0．01）。결론：재2형당뇨병고위인군중，당기FBG ＜7．0mmol/L시，FPG화 HbA1c몰유직선상관성；당 FPG≥7．0mmol/L시칙존재직선상관성，단시상관정도불고。
Objective :To investigate the correlation of Fasting Plasma Glucose (FPG ) and Glycohemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) in high-risk populations of the type 2 diabetes .Methods :FPG was determined by glucose oxidase and HbA1c by high performance liquid chromatography in 140 cases with high-risk of type 2 diabetes ;and the correlation between FPG of four level groups and HbA1c were analyzed .30 nondiabetics were took for control group .Results:Value of HbA1c in high-risk populations of the type 2 diabetes were significantly higher than the control group(P<0 .01);the correlation coefficient (r) between FPG and HbA1c were:0 .340 (P> 0 .05) ,0 .311(P> 0 .05) ,0 .351(P< 0 .01) , 0.515(P<0 .01) .Conclusion:To high-risk populations of the type 2 diabetes ,there is no correlation between FPG and HbA1c when FPG<7 .0mmol/L ;it exists correlation when FPG ≥7 .0mmol/L ,but the correlativeness is lower .
