Clinical pharmacists in department of neurology analyze typical cases in daily ward rounds, identify potential problems, perform clinical interventions from multiple aspects such as drug interactions, adverse reactions and drug compatibility, provide adjusted treatment plan or suggestions and thus promote rational drug use.
