目的:探讨健身气功·六字诀锻炼对大学生睡眠质量的影响,为改善睡眠质量的非药物干预提供理论依据和实验支撑。方法从560名在校学生中抽取60名PSQI>8的学生,将其随机分为功法组和对照组,每组各30人。功法组进行8周功法锻炼,比较PSQI各指标的变化,观察疗效。对照组则不进行任何体育锻炼。结果六字诀锻炼明显改善了睡眠效率(P<0.01),而睡眠质量与入睡时间有显著改善( P<0.05)。结论健身气功·六字诀对改善大学生睡眠质量有着积极的作用。

목적:탐토건신기공·륙자결단련대대학생수면질량적영향,위개선수면질량적비약물간예제공이론의거화실험지탱。방법종560명재교학생중추취60명PSQI>8적학생,장기수궤분위공법조화대조조,매조각30인。공법조진행8주공법단련,비교PSQI각지표적변화,관찰료효。대조조칙불진행임하체육단련。결과륙자결단련명현개선료수면효솔(P<0.01),이수면질량여입수시간유현저개선( P<0.05)。결론건신기공·륙자결대개선대학생수면질량유착적겁적작용。
Objective To observe the impact of Liuzijue exercise on the sleeping quality of the college students , which provide the theory and the experimental support for non-drug therapy .Methods 60 students were selected randomly from 560 college students whose PSQI >8 and divided into 2 groups:achievement method group and control group , each group with 30 peoples.Achievement method group did achievement method exercise for 8 weeks to contrast the change of the PSQI and observe the effect .However , control group didn't do any physical exercise . Results After Liuzijue exercise the sleep efficiency were improved obviously ( P <0.01 ) .The sleep quality and sleep prolonged were significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Liuzijue exercise could play a promoting role in enhance the college students'sleeping quality.
