黄酮为植物次生性代谢产物，被认为是在植物组织受到损伤时形成的，对昆虫有防御作用。通过测定杨树受害植株和健康植株黄酮的含量，揭示粒肩天牛危害后杨树被害植株黄酮含量的变化规律。研究表明：杨树受粒肩天牛危害后，受害植株的黄酮含量高于健康植株，方差分析两者间的差异显著。粒肩天牛的危害引起了杨树黄酮含量的变化，在天牛危害盛期，受害植株黄酮含量急剧减少，在天牛危害末期和越冬期，其含量又呈上升的趋势；不同杨树品种受粒肩天牛危害后，黄酮含量的变化不同，意大利杨黄酮含量增加量比欧美杨多。

Researches showed that the content of Flavonoids in poplars that damageded by the Apriona germari (Hope) were more than those that not been damageded, there are significant differences between the two type from the Analysis of variance. While the peak stage of the pests damages on the poplars, content of Flavonoids of the damageded plants decreased sharply, but it showed ascendant trends while the telophase stage and Over-wintering stage? it showd that Apriona germari (Hope)`s damage on poplar caused the change of the content of Flavonoids, this might be the stress reaction of the poplar that been damageded. the changes of the content of Flavonoids in different poplar varieties that been damageded by Apriona germari (Hope) were different, And the increasing amount of Flavonoids of Populus euramevicana cv were more than the Populus canadensis Moench′s.
