目的:分析评价本院军队离休疗养人员的营养需求与膳食供应。方法参照来本院疗养军队离休人员的身体健康状况和日常疗养生活特点,分析他们的热能与营养素需求特点,并结合他们疗养期间的生活安排,提出合理营养健康的膳食供应原则与实施方法,总结评价实施效果及其对健康疗养的综合影响。结果建立了军队离休疗养人员的膳食供应原则与实施方法,疗养人员营养缺乏和失眠的改善率分别达到97.8%和85.6%,对疗养餐厅服务的满意率达到99.7%。结论膳食供应适合军队离休疗养员的饮食特点和对能量与营养素的需求,提高疗养的保健效果。
目的:分析評價本院軍隊離休療養人員的營養需求與膳食供應。方法參照來本院療養軍隊離休人員的身體健康狀況和日常療養生活特點,分析他們的熱能與營養素需求特點,併結閤他們療養期間的生活安排,提齣閤理營養健康的膳食供應原則與實施方法,總結評價實施效果及其對健康療養的綜閤影響。結果建立瞭軍隊離休療養人員的膳食供應原則與實施方法,療養人員營養缺乏和失眠的改善率分彆達到97.8%和85.6%,對療養餐廳服務的滿意率達到99.7%。結論膳食供應適閤軍隊離休療養員的飲食特點和對能量與營養素的需求,提高療養的保健效果。
목적:분석평개본원군대리휴요양인원적영양수구여선식공응。방법삼조래본원요양군대리휴인원적신체건강상황화일상요양생활특점,분석타문적열능여영양소수구특점,병결합타문요양기간적생활안배,제출합리영양건강적선식공응원칙여실시방법,총결평개실시효과급기대건강요양적종합영향。결과건립료군대리휴요양인원적선식공응원칙여실시방법,요양인원영양결핍화실면적개선솔분별체도97.8%화85.6%,대요양찬청복무적만의솔체도99.7%。결론선식공응괄합군대리휴요양원적음식특점화대능량여영양소적수구,제고요양적보건효과。
Objective To study the dietary supplying principle and implementation methods of the military retired personnel in the sanatorium.Methods According to health and living conditions of military retired conva -lescence personnel, the nutrition characteristics were analyzed.Combining with their living arrangements in convalescenceperiod, nutrition and dietary supply principles and methods were proposed for the caterers , and then theeffects were analyzed.Result The dietary supply principle and implementation methods were established of retiredmilitary convalescence personnel.After the dietary supply methods were changed , the rate of malnutrtion and insomniaof nutrition were reduced 97.8%和85.6% respectively, and the satisfaction degree of convalescence restaurantservice was 99.7%.Conclusion Dietary supplying should meet the physical dietary characteristics andenergy and nutrient needs of retired convalescence personnel , which will be benefit to improve their health conditions.
