目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys C)水平与不同糖耐量患者颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法选取糖耐量正常者(NGT组)30例、糖耐量异常患者(IGT组)60例、新诊断2型糖尿病患者(T2DM组)60例,检测3组受试者血生化指标及血清Cys C水平,用超声检测颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果3组受试者血清Cys C水平及颈动脉IMT逐渐增高,组间两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析显示,血清Cys C、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)是颈动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素。结论糖代谢异常早期即存在高血清Cys C水平,并参与了糖尿病动脉硬化的进程。

목적:탐토혈청광억소C(Cys C)수평여불동당내량환자경동맥죽양경화적상관성。방법선취당내량정상자(NGT조)30례、당내량이상환자(IGT조)60례、신진단2형당뇨병환자(T2DM조)60례,검측3조수시자혈생화지표급혈청Cys C수평,용초성검측경동맥내막중층후도(IMT)。결과3조수시자혈청Cys C수평급경동맥IMT축점증고,조간량량비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。다원Logistic회귀분석현시,혈청Cys C、고민C반응단백(hs-CRP)、이도소저항지수(HOMA-IR)화저밀도지단백(LDL-C)시경동맥죽양경화적독립위험인소。결론당대사이상조기즉존재고혈청Cys C수평,병삼여료당뇨병동맥경화적진정。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum cystatin C levels in different glucose tolerance patients,as well as the correlation of these changes with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods 150 people were divided into 3 groups includ-ing normal glucose tolerance group (NGT group,n=30),impaired glucose tolerance group (IGT group,n=60) and newly diag-nosed type 2 diabetes mellitus group (T2DM group,n=60). Serum cystatin C,carotid intima-media thickness and other indicators were tested and analyzed. Results Serum cystatin C levels and carotid intima-media thickness were gradually increased in 3 groups,with significant differences between any two groups (P<0.05). Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that serum cystatin C,high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),HOMA-IR and LDL-C were independently associated with carotid atherosclerosis. Conclusion Cystatin C plays an important role in diabetic arteriosclerosis during its progression.
