超声波热量表的流量测量单元采用时差法测量原理,在介质温度基本不变的情况下,可以通过将时间差值与实际流量标定系数相乘的方法来计算相对应的流量值。然而当被测介质的温度发生变化时,介质中的声速随之发生变化,流量测量单元所得到的时间差值也会发生变化,理所当然,流量测量单位的体积流量测量值与实际流量值之间也会产生偏差,随着介质温度变化加剧,测量偏差也会加大,直接影响流量测量准确度。
