The working principle of a differential capsule is introduced in this paper. A new heat treatment method is presented to eliminate the initial offset of a center diaphragm, which solves the problem of weak response to the pressure on the high pressure side of a differential capsule, and improves pass rate and efficiency of temperature compensation.
