地佐辛是一种新型的阿片受体混合激动-拮抗剂，通过激动κ受体产生镇痛作用，对μ受体具有激动和拮抗双重作用，近几年在国内已广泛应用。地佐辛不但用于术后镇痛、术中辅助镇痛，还用于其他疼痛治疗。它的镇痛作用强不良反应较少，本文对它近期的临床使用情况进行综述，为临床合理用药提供参考。
