目的：观察纳洛酮在治疗急性有机磷中毒中的综合应用价值。方法：选取120例有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各60例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用纳洛酮治疗，比较其阿托品化的时间，达到阿托品化的量、使用总量及治愈时间方面的区别。结果：纳洛酮治疗组的临床有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：治疗有机磷农药中毒加用纳洛酮应用价值高，效果好且显效快。
목적：관찰납락동재치료급성유궤린중독중적종합응용개치。방법：선취120례유궤린농약중독환자수궤분위치료조급대조조각60례，대조조급여상규치료，치료조재대조조기출상가용납락동치료，비교기아탁품화적시간，체도아탁품화적량、사용총량급치유시간방면적구별。결과：납락동치료조적림상유효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。결론：치료유궤린농약중독가용납락동응용개치고，효과호차현효쾌。
Objective to observe the effect of comprehensive application in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning .120 ca-ses of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning from December 2012 to December 2005 in our hospital .Patients were randomly divided into routine therapy group (control group)60 cases,and naloxone treatment group 60 cases,the time of atropine,the amount of reac-hing atropinization ,total use amounts,and healing time of the patients.Results the clinical effect of naloxone efficiency of the treat-ment group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion the treatment to organophosphorus pesticide poisoning treated with naloxone high application value,good effect and fast acting.
