患者男，77岁，因前列腺癌骨转移治疗后食欲下降1周入院就医，予肾康注射液60ml+5%葡萄糖注射液250ml静脉滴注保护肾功能。患者输注约6分钟时突发寒战、恶寒发冷、呼吸稍促，立即停止输液，予保暖、吸氧、地塞米松及异丙嗪治疗后症状缓解。
환자남，77세，인전렬선암골전이치료후식욕하강1주입원취의，여신강주사액60ml+5%포도당주사액250ml정맥적주보호신공능。환자수주약6분종시돌발한전、악한발랭、호흡초촉，립즉정지수액，여보난、흡양、지새미송급이병진치료후증상완해。
A 77 years old male patient,from bone metastases of prostate cancer and loss of appetite 1week has been hospitalized.The patient was given Shenkang injection 60ml+5% glucose injection 250ml intravenous drip protect renal function. Infusion in patients with sudden chills when he was about six minutes,and then promote cold chills, hurried breathing, immediately stop the infusion, to keep warm.His symptoms were relieved after treatment with oxygen,dexamethasone and promethazine.
