大学教学满意度指标有助于评价大学教学质量现状和监控教学质量,对于提高大学教学水平和培养创新人才有着重要意义。本文构建了大学教学满意度模型,分析了学生期望、课堂教学质量、实践教学质量和自主学习质量四个前因变量对教学满意度的影响。从广东省五所重点大学采集了962个有效样本,采用结构方程技术对模型进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:学生期望对教学满意度产生显著负向影响;课堂教学质量、实践教学质量和自主学习质量均对教学满意度产生显著正向影响,其中课堂教学质量对教学满意度影响最大。此外,学生期望对自主学习质量的影响较大,对课堂学习质量的影响以及对实践学习质量的影响次之。

The satisfaction level of students regarding undergraduate teaching quality provides a basis for the evaluation of teaching quality, and has great significance in teaching quality improvement and innovative talent cultivation. This study establishes a model of student satisfaction with undergraduate teaching quality in colleges and universities including five variables, i.e. student expectations, class teaching quality, practical teaching quality, self-studying quality and the satisfaction level regarding undergraduate teaching. Collecting 962 valid respondents from five key universities in Guangdong Province and using structural equation modeling for empirical test and analysis, the study shows that student expectations have negative influences on the satisfaction level regarding undergraduate teaching, while class teaching quality, practical teaching quality and self-studying quality have positive influences on the satisfaction level,with class teaching quality being the most influential one. Besides, student expectations have the strongest positive influences on self-studying quality, followed by class teaching quality and practical teaching quality.
