目的探讨婴儿骨性纤维结构不良(OFD)的影像学表现,为提高临床对婴儿OFD的诊断水平,为避免临床治疗失误及降低该病变复发率提供客观依据。方法回顾性分析自2009年1月至2013年9月经病理证实的3例OFD患者影像学检查图像,其中男性2例,女性1例,月龄1~5月,平均3月。3例患者均行X线检查,其中2例做行CT检查。结果 X线片显示3例患者病变均累及胫骨前缘,表现为胫骨局部膨大、胫骨弯曲变形及病变区骨皮质变薄,与正常骨组织分界清楚,其中1例合并病理性骨折。结论婴儿OFD有典型影像学表现,X线对婴儿骨性纤维结构不良的临床诊断有较强的指导价值。

목적탐토영인골성섬유결구불량(OFD)적영상학표현,위제고림상대영인OFD적진단수평,위피면림상치료실오급강저해병변복발솔제공객관의거。방법회고성분석자2009년1월지2013년9월경병리증실적3례OFD환자영상학검사도상,기중남성2례,녀성1례,월령1~5월,평균3월。3례환자균행X선검사,기중2례주행CT검사。결과 X선편현시3례환자병변균루급경골전연,표현위경골국부팽대、경골만곡변형급병변구골피질변박,여정상골조직분계청초,기중1례합병병이성골절。결론영인OFD유전형영상학표현,X선대영인골성섬유결구불량적림상진단유교강적지도개치。
Objective Investigate baby fibrous dysplasia (osteofibrous dysplasia, OFD) imaging findings, to im-prove the infant clinical diagnostic level of fibrous dysplasia of bone, to provide an objective basis for avoiding treat-ment failure and reduce the recurrence rate. Methods Retrospectively analyse the image features of three cases pathologically confirmed with OFD from January 2009 to September 2013 images, including 2 males and 1 female,with mean age of 3 month. Three patients underwent X-ray examination,and of which 2 patients underwent CT examination. Results The lesions of three patients showed on X-ray and CT images were involved in the leading edge of the tibia, with its enlargement, the tibia bending deformation and thinning of cortical bone lesions. The lesions had clear delin-eation of normal bone tissue,of all cases,there was 1 patient with pathological fracture. Conclusion According to the typical X-ray performance, combined with the age, clinical symptoms can make a preliminary diagnosis of OFD.
