目的：探讨有计划的指导骨科术后患者进行功能锻炼，缩短住院时间。方法：选取2012年1-6月笔者所在医院收治的60例肱骨干骨折患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各30例。对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组给予优质护理，观察两组患者术后功能锻炼的干预对住院时间的影响。结果：观察组住院时间短于对照组，康复效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对骨科术后患者采用优质性护理服务方式进行护理，并根据患者的个人具体情况进行有计划的功能性锻炼和指导，可以有效缩短患者住院时间，加快病情康复。
목적：탐토유계화적지도골과술후환자진행공능단련，축단주원시간。방법：선취2012년1-6월필자소재의원수치적60례굉골간골절환자，채용수궤수자표법장기분위관찰조화대조조，각30례。대조조채용상규호리모식，관찰조급여우질호리，관찰량조환자술후공능단련적간예대주원시간적영향。결과：관찰조주원시간단우대조조，강복효과우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：대골과술후환자채용우질성호리복무방식진행호리，병근거환자적개인구체정황진행유계화적공능성단련화지도，가이유효축단환자주원시간，가쾌병정강복。
Objective:Discusses systematically the guidance of orthopaedic patients with postoperative function exercise,shorten hospitalization time. Method:Selection January to June 2012 in the author’s hospital,60 cases of humeral fractures in patients treated by using random numbers table were divided into the observation group and control group,30 cases each.The control group using conventional nursing mode,the observation group was given high quality nursing, observe two groups of patients with postoperative functional exercise intervention’s influence on the length of hospital stay.Result:Observation group in hospital was shorter than the control group,the rehabilitation effect was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with orthopaedic surgery is made of high quality nursing service manner,and according to the patient’s personal details on planned functional exercise and guidance,can effectively shorten in-hospital time,speed up the recovery condition.
