目的：探讨腮腺区淋巴源性肿块的类型和鉴别诊断，以指导临床治疗。方法对31例腮腺区淋巴来源肿块的临床资料进行回顾性研究并进行相关文献复习。结果31例患者中良性肿瘤18例，囊性病变5例，炎性病变4例，恶性淋巴瘤4例。结论腮腺区淋巴源性肿块病种多样，临床表现复杂，术前可借助多种影像学检查辅助诊断，术中冰冻用以指导手术，从而选择正确的术式。
목적：탐토시선구림파원성종괴적류형화감별진단，이지도림상치료。방법대31례시선구림파래원종괴적림상자료진행회고성연구병진행상관문헌복습。결과31례환자중량성종류18례，낭성병변5례，염성병변4례，악성림파류4례。결론시선구림파원성종괴병충다양，림상표현복잡，술전가차조다충영상학검사보조진단，술중빙동용이지도수술，종이선택정학적술식。
Objective To approach the type and differential diagnosis of neoplasms of lymphoid origin from parotid gland so as to guide clinical treatment. Methods The clinical data of 31 patients were studied retrospectively,and relevant literature review was taken. Results The 31 cases included 18 cases of benign tumor,5 cases of cystic lesions, 4 cases of lymphadenitis,4 cases of lymphoma. Conclusion Source of parotid neoplasms lymphatic disease varied in clinical manifestations ,a variety of preoperative imaging could be used for the diagnosis, intraoperative frozen for guide of surgery,and to choose the right surgical procedures.
