目的研究MPP3表达减少与大肠癌发病的关系。方法 RT-PCR法检测正常大肠黏膜、大肠腺瘤和大肠癌的MPP3 mRNA表达;Western Blotting法检测正常大肠黏膜、大肠腺瘤和大肠癌的MPP3蛋白表达。结果大肠腺瘤中MPP3表达无明显减少(P>0.05),部分大肠癌组织中MPP3表达减少,且有淋巴结转移患者比无淋巴结转移患者更常见(P<0.05),Dukes C期和D期患者比Dukes A期和B期患者更常见(P<0.05)。结论 MPP3表达减少在大肠癌中为常见现象,而且在晚期肿瘤更明显,因此,MPP3在大肠癌发病中可能发挥重要作用。

목적연구MPP3표체감소여대장암발병적관계。방법 RT-PCR법검측정상대장점막、대장선류화대장암적MPP3 mRNA표체;Western Blotting법검측정상대장점막、대장선류화대장암적MPP3단백표체。결과대장선류중MPP3표체무명현감소(P>0.05),부분대장암조직중MPP3표체감소,차유림파결전이환자비무림파결전이환자경상견(P<0.05),Dukes C기화D기환자비Dukes A기화B기환자경상견(P<0.05)。결론 MPP3표체감소재대장암중위상견현상,이차재만기종류경명현,인차,MPP3재대장암발병중가능발휘중요작용。
Objective To study the relationship between downregulalion of MPP3 and the development of colorectal carcinoma. Methods Expression of MPP3 mRNA in the tissues of normal large intestine, col-orectal adenoma, and colorectal carcinoma were detected by RT-PCR. Expression of MPP3 protein in the tis-sues of normal large intestine, colorectal adenoma and colorectal carcinoma were detected by Western Blotting. Results Significant reduced MPP3 was not found in colorectal adenoma. MPP3 significantly reduced in a por-tion of colorectal carcinoma.Frequency of MPP3 downregulation was significantly higher in patients with lymph node metastasis than that in patients without lymph node metastasis.In addition, frequency of MPP3 downregulation was significantly higher in Dukes′stage C and Dukes′stage D patients with colorectal carcino-ma than that in Dukes′stage A and Dukes′stage B patients. Conclusion Downregulation of MPP3 in colorec-tal carcinoma is a common phenomenon, especially in advanced colorectal carcinoma.Therefore, MPP3 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of human colorectal carcinoma.
