订单人才培养模式是校企之间最直接、互动性最强的合作。如何提高订单班学生毕业后与企业的就业签约率及就业稳定性,是订单人才培养模式下校企需共同解决的难题。校企文化融合,特别是企业文化进校园,让订单班学生在企业文化氛围的熏陶下进行职业素质及职业能力培养,有利于学生树立正确的职业预期,合理进行职业生涯规划,逐渐形成对企业的归属感,提高就业稳定性。
訂單人纔培養模式是校企之間最直接、互動性最彊的閤作。如何提高訂單班學生畢業後與企業的就業籤約率及就業穩定性,是訂單人纔培養模式下校企需共同解決的難題。校企文化融閤,特彆是企業文化進校園,讓訂單班學生在企業文化氛圍的熏陶下進行職業素質及職業能力培養,有利于學生樹立正確的職業預期,閤理進行職業生涯規劃,逐漸形成對企業的歸屬感,提高就業穩定性。

Mode for Order-training of talents is the most direct and interactive cooperation between campuses and enterprises. How to improve the employment rate and enhance the stability of employment seems to be the problem for both sides in this cooperation. This paper aims at expounding the fusion of campus culture and business culture, especially how the business culture steps into education, which can help the students get familiar with the business culture, thus improve their professional working ability. It also expounds how the students can build correct and proper career planning for the future development;build the sense of belonging in working place while enhancing the stability of employment.
