日俄战争为日本在东北实施舆论操纵、殖民文化、经济统治创造了机遇、提供了土壤。《满洲日日新闻》的创刊吹起了日本向东北实施殖民统治的舆论号角，将日本对东北的殖民文化渗透在舆论宣传上推向了极致。战争的胜利为该报赖以生存的环境注入了活力，为其长期的发展、存续提供了坚实的保障。加快加大日本在该地区舆论导向步伐的同时，也加快了东北沦为殖民地的进程，更为日后日本对东北实施武力入侵、经济掠夺赢得话语权并提供了坚实的理论基础和声援保障。

The Russo-Japanese War made a chance and afforded a rich soil for the saturation of colonial culture and economic control policy of Japan in the Northeast. The Publication of the Manshu Nichi-Nichi Shimbun blew the horn to control the public opinion for Japan’s colonial rule, and in propaganda it made the colonial cultural saturation of Japan to perfection in the Northeast, The victory of Japan in the war made the circumstances it relied on full of energy, and also laid a solid foundation for the long development and everlasting existence of the paper. It sped up the process of leading the direction of opinion in their way and the process of colony in the area., laying a very solid foundation of theory and sound support for Japan’s military invasion and economic plunder in the Northeast.
