检察权配置的原则是研究检察权配置的基础性问题，现有研究成果存在简单列举、指导思想不明确、缺乏逻辑基础等缺陷。法治思维的核心要义之一就是强调对公权力的控制，而检察权配置的目标之一就是通过控制公权而保障人权。运用法治思维重构检察权配置的原则，以“三个兼顾、三个优先”为设定配置原则的指导思想，对于现有研究成果的缺陷予以补足。检察权配置的原则应是法治原则的具体体现。检察权配置应遵循四大原则，即合宪性原则、相对的权力分立原则、权力制衡原则、权力结构完整原则。

The procuratorial power configuration principle is a basic issue in allocation of prosecutorial power, and there is a simple list, unclear guiding ideology, and the lack of logic foundation in the existing research results. One of the core concepts of legal thinking is the emphasis on controlling the public power, and one of the goals of procuratorial power configuration is to protect human rights through the control of public power. The legal thinking reconstruction principle of procuratorial power configuration, with "three balance, three priorities"as the guiding ideology of configuration principle, is to make up the defects of the existing research results. The procuratorial power configuration principle should be the embodiment of the principle of rule of law. The allocation of procuratorial power should follow four principles, namely the principle of constitutional-ity, the relative separation of powers principle, the principle of power balance principle, the power structure integrity.
