研究玫瑰茄多糖对辐射小鼠抗氧化应激能力的影响。40只健康昆明小鼠常规喂养5d后,随机分为正常对照组、辐射对照组和玫瑰茄多糖低剂量[300mg/(kg·bw)]、高剂量[600mg/(kg·bw)]给药组,连续给药14d ,末次给药后24h对实验组小鼠进行一次性全身X射线均匀照射,总剂量为5.0Gy ,于照射后24h处死,检测各组小鼠肝组织匀浆中过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活力和丙二醛的含量。与辐射对照组比较,玫瑰茄多糖低剂量、高剂量给药组小鼠肝组织匀浆中的过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力明显升高( P<0.05),丙二醛含量明显降低( P<0.05)。玫瑰茄多糖可以增强电离辐射小鼠抗氧化应激的能力。

To study the effects of polysaccharide of hibiscus sabdariffa L .on the capability of anti -oxidation in ionizing irradiated mice .Forty healthy male mice were randomly divided into normal control groups (NC ) ,irradiating control group (IC ) ,low dose of PHSL irradiating group [300mg/(kg·bw)] ,and high dose of PHSL irradiating group[(600mg/(kg·bw)](n=10) .The mice in the PHSL groups were treated with PHSL by intragastric injection for 14 days .The mice in all groups except for NC group were irradiated with 5Gy X-ray on the fifteenth day .All the mice were executed at the 24th hour after radiation .Then examined the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD ) ,glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) ,catalase(CAT) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in the liver tissues of each group mice .Compared with IC group ,the activity of CAT ,SOD ,GSH-Px in low and high dose of PHSL irradiating groups were increased markedly ( P<0.05);the contents of MDA in low and high dose of PHSL irradiating groups were decreased significantly ( P<0.05 ) .PHSL can enhance the capability of anti-oxidation in ionizing irradiated mice .
