采用比色法和近红外漫反射、液体透射在线检测技术,分别测定64个关苍术原材料固体样品和128个关苍术提取液样品的苍术素含量和近红外光谱,结合偏最小二乘回归法,建立样品苍术素含量与近红外光谱之间的数学模型。采用内部交叉检验对模型进行评价,评价结果显示,决定系数 R2为90.68、95.71,交叉检验均方差(RMSECV )值分别为0.0112、0.0200,相对分析误差(RPD )分别为3.43、3.86。模型评价数据均有较好的表现,原材料、提取液检验样品近红外测定结果与化学参考值之间无显著性差异,近红外检测技术可以应用于关苍术原材料固体样品和关苍术提取液样品中苍术素含量的在线检测。

Using near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy to obtain the spectrum of atractylodes japonica sample ,and the atractylodin contents of the sample determined by colorimetric method .The sample contents 64 atractylodes japonica powders in different origin places and years ,and 128 extract solutions derived from the powders .Using partial least squares (PLS ) ,the calibration models were developed to correlate near infrared spectra and atractylodin contents .Using cross-validation evaluating the models ,the results showed:the correlation coefficients of model were 90.68 and 95.71 ,the root mean square error of cross-validation(RMSECV) values were 0.011 2 and 0.020 0 ,ratio of deviation to perfor-mances(RPD) of model finally developed were 3.43 and 3.86 respectively .The model achieved the best prediction performance ,and there is no significant difference between predictive contents and chemical values .The results indicated that NIR spectroscopy could be used in practice to fast determine the atractylodin contents of powder and extract solutions .
