随着石油资源的日益枯竭,新开采石油的蜡含量越来越高,炼制柴油的低温流动性越来越差,开发高蜡柴油的高效柴油低温流动性改性剂(简称DFI )变得日益紧迫。我国辽河原油蜡含量较高,市售DFI对成品柴油的感受性较差,因此开发1种对高蜡柴油感受性好的DFI具有重要意义。在实验室制备DFI的基础上,开发设计了小型DFI生产装置,并对生产过程中的一些参数进行了考察。利用DFI小型生产装置在最佳条件下制备的高蜡DFI ,其降凝降滤效果好于实验室制备的DFI 。针对辽河0号柴油等的降凝助滤效果进行测试,该剂能使辽河0号柴油的冷滤点降低6℃,凝点降低7℃,可应用于柴油生产中。

With the exhaustion of crude oil resource ,the high wax content of new exploited petroleum is becoming higher and higher ,w hich results in the poor low-temperature flow property of diesel .So exploration and application high effect DFI for high wax diesel becomes more and more urgent .The current DFI has poor sensitivity for Liaohe 0# high wax content of diesel oil .The significance of this article is to exploit new type DFI which possess good sensitivity to Liaohe 0# high wax diesel oil .On the basis of the laboratory preparation of diesel cold flow improver ,small diesel cold flow improver production device is developed ,and some parameters in the process of production are investigated . Under the best condition ,the effect of diesel cold flow improver is better than laboratory preparation of diesel cold flow improver .DMV13 could lower the CFPP of the Liaohe 0# diesel oil by ℃ ,and the SP by 7 ℃ ,w hich can be used in diesel production .
