党的十八大报告提出社会主义核心价值观，为大学生思想政治教育，特别是理想信念教育提出了战略性的指导与方向，如何设计适当的载体，通过社会主义核心价值观让大学生理解中国特色社会主义的内涵，树立远大理想和坚定信念，励志成才报国，成为值得思想政治工作者研究的课题。笔者作为高校共青团干部，尝试从基层团组织建设出发，就如何以班级团支部为平台开展社会主义核心价值观教育、加强大学生团员思想教育提出了见解。

The party's 18th report put forward socialist core values, proposed strategic guidance and direction for ideological and political education for college students, especially ideal and belief education, on how to design an appropriate carrier, by college students to understand the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics meaning, lofty ideals and firm belief, inspirational talent to serve the country, to become worthy of research workers political and ideological issues. As the author of College Youth League cadres, try starting from the construction of grassroots organizations, the Mission Branch of classes, proposed ideas on how to carry out the socialist core values as a platform for education, strengthen ideological education of college members.
