目的:为探讨绝经后骨质疏松症对颅骨造成的影响,建立去势大鼠模型,观察其颅骨骨密度、骨矿含量以及组织学改变。方法取2月龄未交配雌性SD大鼠40只,随机分为2组:A组为实验组20只,行双侧卵巢摘除术;B组为对照组20只,行假手术。模型建立完成后3个月处死大鼠,取颅骨,双能X线检测骨密度及骨矿含量,HE染色观察骨微观结构变化。结果双侧卵巢摘除术后3个月,大鼠颅骨骨密度:实验组为0.333±0.006g/cm2,对照组为0.402±0.035g/cm2;骨矿含量:实验组为:2.185±0.047g,对照组为:2.553±0.180g,两组骨密度(BMD)及骨矿含量具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论双侧卵巢摘除术所造成的绝经后骨质疏松症可引起大鼠颅骨骨密度、骨质量明显下降。

Objective To explore the effects of osteoporosis on the skull,we established animal model of postmenopausal osteoporosis and observed the changes of skulls in bone mineral density,bone mineral content,and histology.Methods 2-month-old female SD rats (n=40)were randomly divided into 2 groups:the experimental group underwent bilateral ovariectomy;the control group underwent sham opera-tion.Three months after the operation,all rats were sacrificed and skulls were harvested.DEXA method was used to detect bone mineral densi-ty and bone mineral content,while HE staining was performed to access the trabeculae.Results Bone mineral density:the experimental group was (0.333 ±0.006)g/cm2,the control group was (0.402 ±0.035)g/cm2;bone mineral content:the experimental group was (2.185 ±0. 047)g,the control group was (2.553 ±0.180)g.The data were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Postmenopausal osteoporo-sis may result in obvious decrease in the bone mass and bone density of skulls.
